Sometimes it’s fun to throw out all the rules about what dinner “should” be….healthy, balanced, “dinner” foods. Last night we needed a break from our regular dinners, and we made orange juice and chocolate waffles instead. It was a delicious treat. The kids had a lot of fun doing something so out-of-the-ordinary, and they were very proud that they made the orange juice 100% themselves…knives, juicer, squeezing, everything! And today we’re back to healthy eating!
